Spring is in the air, I think after the weather we just had over the last week I think that was an understatement. I guess I’m ready for it to stay around, at least the warm air. Reality will soon set in I’m sure. The best part of this spring is the arrival of grandchild number 2 will be soon. Joshua is just about 15 months and we have had so much fun watching him discover the world. I think I’m ready for the next one, I hope. I have found out the house and the shop, are not baby proof, as some of you have seen when Josh is here to visit. I thank all of you for the extra set of hands when needed.
The new spring fabric will soon start to arrive, and it is just beautiful as usual. Charm squares and jelly rolls will also be here with them. There are a lot of patterns to give you plenty of ideas for these. In April and May believe it or not will also see the start of the next holiday fabric to start coming in. Nothing like rushing the seasons.
With 2007 holidays behind us, it is now your time for quilting. I hope the class schedule will have something to interest you, or try out the Mystery quilt 2008. The new block of the month will be a quilt for next spring called Rabbits Prefer Chocolate, just focus on the word chocolate, and you already feel better. Stop in and see all the samples.
